Who inhabits ("nivasini") in the heart ("hrudaya") of the pure ("nirmala") and delights ("vilasini") in eternal bliss ("nitya-ananda"). Who ordains ("vidhaayini") both KARMA and JNANA and grants ("pradayini") whatever is desired ("kankshita-artha").
